Swap car lease before remortgage completion

So, I know that it's a big no,no to get new credit whilst waiting for a mortgage to complete.

The situation with us is we have the remortgage offer ready to go for completion just after the ERC ends at end of July

Have realised that the cars personal contract hire ends before then. Therefore we will be looking to start a new lease and therefore a new amount of credit along with checks. This will not be in addition to any current finance, just a replacement of an existing credit account that the lender are aware of.

Are we OK with this? Is it best to explain to them (TSB) or should we just see if they pick it up and then explain?

Not really a way around it that I can see.
