As Wonga says it will just need the gears adjusting but the bike shop should do this before you collect it.
If not ask and they should.
They are really easy to correct though.0 -

Adjusting the gear alignment is dead simple, I usually take my bike to the LBS for the simplest issue but even I can manage this as it just involves turning a screw a little bit!
If you didn't buy the bike online then the shop should give you a free checkup after 6 weeks because some things like brakes and gears will shift a little in this time as they bed in.0 -
When it comes to groupset if you are happy with the bike and decide a couple of years down the line that you do want to upgrade then groupsets and other components are all fairly standard and can be upgraded by any decent LBS
Sorry I just don't agree with that as a discounted OEM 105 groupset would cost over 50% of that bikes new price PLUS fitting. The LBS will be laughing all the way to the bank.0
