Wallsauce ran a competition that ended in March via Pinterest.

It was a competition I wanted to check up on because I think I remember there wasn't loads of entries and it is always nice seeing a winning board and knowing there was a winner of course.


Anyway, someone posted on their Facebook a few months ago asking if a winner had been chosen/announced, they said they were announcing tomorrow, no announcement then they said it would be Monday, none again. (At least 3 different dates). I asked again last week, they said they had announced it and they would need to check the winners name.

I checked their social media and couldn't find any winning announcement. I am sure they must have chosen a winner but it just seemed a bit odd that they confirmed different dates and there was no announcements. Can anyone see the announcement?

Hi, I've also been looking out for this one, haven't contacted them but I have kept an eye on their twitter/FB and seen nothing, have also checked their blog as that is where the comp was allowed.

The Ts & Cs said winners would need to have a before and after photo taken to show off their mural so seems odd that nothing has been up anywhere yet! I might contact them later also...

Yes - it is very strange. It was a few months ago now so expected something about a winner and they've told me they've announced it. Can't see it anywhere though?


Keshimonster - Thank you for that, trouble is they've said they've announced it and the last comment I got off them is they need to check the name, they haven't come back and said what the name was though/no sign of any announcement.

I wonder if the winner hasn't done this bit yet?

It is a condition of entry that the winner agrees to provide “before” and “after” photos of the room that their mural will be installed in. The winner also consents to having their first name and these photos published by Wallsauce

I'm not sure Mjm, they have told me it's been announced, can't see it anywhere on their social media though.

Update - Still can't see an announcement of a winner/ no reply to my last post asking a few months ago.
