Reading up on FiT Suppliers and came across Kate Turner's blog post on YouGen:

Has anyone here asked the questions Kate suggests?
I'll be ringing British Gas tomorrow and will share their responses.

Has anyone here asked the questions Kate suggests?
1. How long will it take for you to register my generator for the feed-in tariff?
2. Will you notify me when I am registered?
3. When will you ask me for generation meter readings?
4. How often will you pay me?
5. When will you pay me?
6. How will you pay me (cheque or account transfer)?
7. How many people work in your feed-in tariff team?
I'll be ringing British Gas tomorrow and will share their responses.

Yes, but after I'd joined Good Energy and they made all but q7 clear before I joined on their website.4kWp, SSE, SolarEdge P300 optimisers & SE3500 Inverter, in occasionally sunny Corby, Northants.
Now with added Sunsynk 5kw hybrid ecco inverter & 15kWh Fogstar batteries. Oh Octopus Energy too.0 -
Perhaps I won't bother calling British Gas after all.
