  • They are still paying out on this, we got a cheque today for £772
  • I have a personal loan with Co-op and there was definitely a period of 2 years in which I received no correspondence from them at all (including annual statements), and so I was expecying to hear from them about this issue. However, I have not, and I am wondering if it is because my account has been held with their Collections department since 2009 as I have been on a Debt Management Program since then, and because of this, my account has been overlooked regarding this issue. Who would I contact regarding this ?
    Thanks very much
