How long mortgage term?

Hoping some of you experts can help.

I am 48 and soon to be divorced.
Income £27,000. £9,000 credit card debts (all 0% interest)

Current mortgage £49,000. House worth approx £170,000.

Need mortgage of approx 110,000 to pay of ex.
What is the longest term I could get and does any building society/ bank spring to mind that would be more helpful in my situation?

Many thanks.

    Hello,

I recently applied for a mortgage and when I asked how long I could repay it over they said anything up to the current retirement age.

When I applied I was told up to age 75... Which may well be the retirement age by the time I am that old! My mortgage with SPML goes up to 75, as my fixed rate ends next year I checked the age limit on a few websites and it seems to be 74/75.
