After that and watching 'An hour to save your life' I'm reluctant to ever cycle again.

When I was younger and saw the Dilbert cartoons in shops I couldn't understand what was funny about the strips as they were so ridiculous they just seemed daft. Now of course I see where the humour comes from because it's a lot closer to reality than I realised:

That said I can't believe someone was eating cereal from a bowl while driving but at least it's a very rare occurrence.

The comments section has already started to turn into a soapbox for bashing cyclists.

I have a camera mounted to my bike for commuting, but am only concerned with actions that result in a direct consequence to my safety; which occurs enough from people who aren't on their mobile phones or eating.

I don't condone her actions, but nobody likes a grass. The line between personal safety and sanctimoniousness is a clear one. I don't approve of the self-appointed helmet-cam mobile phone police and understand why they generate resentment; it's simply not their job.

Provided she'd passed me with sufficient space, I'd be unconcerned with her breakfast.

I occasionally go out with one of my drivers in a van, it's bizarre to see the things people do behind the wheel. Being higher up, gives a good view. I think my 'favourite' was just before Xmas last year and a woman with sellotape strips on her arm that was wrapping a present. On a motorway that was freely moving:eek:
