Loan application just before mortgage?

Hi ive applied for a loan today with tesco and was approved no problems but for what ever reason i didnt realise my fixed mortgage deal is up end of next month. How will this effect my mortgage deal. Im not 100% sure im taking the loan yet either so will taking it affect anytging?

Im not taking the loan, so will just the search do much harm. No other searches for a few years.0

Are you planning to remortgage (move to a new lender?).
If you're planning to move onto the SVR or a different rate with your existing lender, they won't credit check you.0 -
Yeh staying with halifax and moving to a new fixed rate.0
