City Car Club Hire - Possible to claim as Expense?

I am thinking of signing up to a city car club scheme, basically a car hire scheme with an annual membership fee.
Will I be able to claim the price of the membership and also the useage of the car for business use at the end of each tax year? It's about £40/day hire not including petrol.

I think if you only use it for business purposes you will be able to claim the cost of membership as well as the individual hires. I'd talk to the scheme, they will almost certainly have experience of this and should be able to advise you of the best way to proceed - I know that is the case for the club that I have had some dealings with.0
