What are the Halifax Intermediaries please? I stumbled on their website and their lending calculator is way off the main Halifax site? TIA.

    That would be the site brokers access if they wish to put an application to Halifax.

    Although there are fewer boxes for outgoings, some things have to go in them even if they aren't specifcally mentioned.

    For example, childcare, maintenance, credit, ground rent & service charges, season ticket costs etc should all be entered in the monthly credit commitments box as does 3% of the equity loan on HTB - Equity Loan cases and the shared ownership rent on SO cases.

    You must ensure you are correctly completing the calculator that's why broker facilities are best left for brokers to use.
