few questions, partner may go br

My partner is in a bit of a mess debt wise and we think that br is the best option to rid us of it once and for all.
When he does the soa, do we put both our full incomes down then the total of all our bills, also ive got 2 children from my previous marriage so is it ok to put all costs to do with them down even though he's not their dad?
In 2009 vodaphone made him br while he was out of the country, he went to see the or and it was cancelled within 2 weeks of the order being made, do you think this will have an affect on things??

Thanks so much x

    Hi Sunny Bear

It's up to your partner how he presents income + outgoings in the bankruptcy SOA. Either way, the OR will use the interview following his bankruptcy hearing to clear up anything ambiguous e.g. who pays what and whether what he pays in the household is simply his "fair share". I expect they would also ask whether you claim any maintenance payments you are entitled to.

I don't think the events of 2009 will have any bearing whatsoever on what happens now. It sounds as though that previous bankruptcy was "annulled", so effectively it never happened.

    Hope that helps
