Mortgage lender for maisonette

Hello all
Wife and I have had an offer accepted on a maisonette and have now realised that not all mortgage providers will consider lending above 90% on these type of properties.
London and country broker is having a look for us and would appreciate it if anyone else could point us at any lenders who we could also consider.
Property is a purpose built maisonette in a block of similar in a fully residential area and lease has 988 years to run with the property having a share of the freehold via residents owned management company.
We thought we'd got all our ducks in a row financially but have the flat / maisonette curveball.
Any help appreciated, thanks.
