    So what you are saying is I have paid £202 for a vacant unfurnished property when i didn't need to? !!!!

    Just a quick update from me, The council have replied to say that I am now paid up, they have asked the bailiffs to wipe my account and a refund is due for the period from 2011, so I am glad i followed up with them and didn't back down, one up for the small person!
