We Pay Per Survey Payout Issues

Hello all,

I am not sure if similar type of question has been asked here recently as I have tried searching and cannot see any post related to We pay per survey for 2015 so here goes....

I am a panel member of We Pay Per Survey panel and have been trying to cashout £8 for the last two months. The cashout processes have always been unsuccessful :(. I have tried sending the customer service 'tickets' to see if I hear back from them but I have yet to receive a reply from them. Also, upon searching I came to realize that this is a sister company of Honest Rewards panel and I am disgusted as I had a terrible experience with them. I had £14 in my account when Honest Rewards closed their operations and I lost that money . I sent some emails to them requesting for a cashout but there was no response. I feel dishonored with We Pay Per Survey as well - what if they will act the same way as Honest Rewards panel.

Therefore, I would like to know if someone is also a member of We Pay Per Survey and if they have managed to successfully receive their money once over minimum threshold. And if someone has ever contacted their customer service and heard back from them then please do share the contact details of the company and also your experience of dealing with the company.

Thanks very much everyone!

I never heard of this panel. I'd suggest you to use known, secure ones in the future.

What do you mean by unsuccessful? What does it say?

see http://www.submissiontechnology.co.uk/portfolio.php for other places on the web they run... also a contact form is on that site.
paidoffers and producttesting are among some of the sites that have had very iffy feedback here before.
