How many jobs do you have?

Many people still find times tough, and a recent report showed that 150,000 Londoners (up from 94,000 in 2005) now say they have to hold down two or more jobs to make ends meet.

We wanted to see if this situation is replicated across the country.

    None, I'm retired:D

When I lived in London some years ago I taught evening classes to enable me to buy luxuries such as holidays

I wish there'd been an option for voluntary work. For the purposes of the poll I have no jobs, and yet I do work - just for no money. I think it would have been interesting to see how many people are too ill or just unable to get paid work and so who volunteer instead.

I'm fortunate that I can support my family with just my income from my main role.

But it hasn't always been that way - I was offered a job once with a company I really wanted to work for. The commute was nasty, and pay was fairly basic at that point - so took to bar-tending evenings & weekends.
Whilst I was glad to be able to leave it behind, the bar job was probably the best job I've ever had - it was so far outside my comfort zone, so really built my character and ultimately helped me in my primary job.

So whilst I can empathize with those having to work 2+ jobs, it's something many people go through at some point in their life - use it to your advantage.
