Hi all, just an update, I have today received a letter from the OR office asking me to fill in some forms and return them.
In formation on ppi (already claimed)
The acceptance of the bankruptcy restrictions
data protection stuff etc.
Also my invite to a telephone interview on Monday.
A couple of questions have come to mind.
How much does the or expect me to remember, as I have mentioned before a lot of my debt is gambling based and the loans cards etc were taken out for living expenses
I have no statements or agreement, these were all purged during an evening when I had had enough they were binned or shredded.
Will I be I me trouble because of this?
Cheers

Don't worry if you can't find everything they request, they can obtain the agreements and statements from the creditors if needed. They ask you to provide them to try make things a little easier, but it's no big deal if you don't have them anymore

Whatever you do, just be 100% honest. If you don't have what they want or cannot give an answer during your interview, just say so! don't make things up. Just work with the Examiner/OR and everything will be fine
