help for student who is a first time buyer

I would like to buy a house for investment. it is £60,000. My partner has 2 jobs. he has his own business now for 15 months and an evening job. His total income would be in around 20,000 per year. i am a student and my income is around 10,000 per year this includes part time job and grant money. (no loans) we would like to get a mortgage on this property. how can we do this?
