Crowdology Amazon voucher problem

I received an Amazon voucher code from Crowdology but when i tried to apply it to my Amazon account I got message that its invalid and this code has already been applied to another account.I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I have been in touch with Crowdology who say they are "looking into this with utmost urgency", but that was 10 days ago,and have heard no more.
