I don't understand how I play or what to do? could somebody help please.

@luckymimi - it's a bingo game. Pick ten numbers from the grid, then press "Play"; the computer will pick 20 numbers at random, and if enough of them match your ten then you get a prize.

@spudley. Thankyou very much. How often are the draws because I'm choosing my numbers and pressing play and nothing is happening. There is a timer ticking down to the right hand side but apart from that, NADA.

If you're logged in, you should see a "Plays : " thing at the top right, with a number?

If there's a number there you're good to go ... for ease of use you can just click "Auto Picks" and it will do a lucky dip for you, then just hit the play button (it will pick the random numbers, then you just click play again until you're free plays run out).

You generally get 3 draws per day, although you can accumulate bonus plays, eg by playing on consecutive days, sharing on Twitter etc. Next to the word "Plays", it should tell you how many you have left for today. The timer tells you how long you have to wait to get your new daily plays.

If it's not working, try clearing your numbers and choosing new ones. Sometimes it seems to get a bit stuck.

I won £120 on this the fourth time I auto selected the numbers so it is well worth playing. It did take a couple of weeks to sort out the money as the online request box wasn't working and they are slow to respond to emails.

I won a couple of times and apart from needing to refresh the page for the amounts to show had no problems with redeeming and it only took a couple of days.
