Bespoke leather belt attachment

Does anyone have any knowledge of anyone skilled in working with leather, who would have access to strong black leather and could create a bespoke attachment to hang off a leather belt? The belt itself is not a problem, but the attachment has to be hand made to slide on to it, to a particular specification, and stitched to a high quality. Timeframe for completion is before the end of August at the latest.
