I've never come across an address form before which doesn't list Tyne & Wear, as it is a RECOGNISED POSTAL DISTRICT (regardless of whether or not it's a "geographic county").

Or maybe it's just that every single item of mail I've received in my entire life has been incorrectly addressed. :rolleyes:
