    I know what you mean, I could ring an agency Friday morning and have a new job lined up for the following monday, however In some areas things haven't changed that much, 4 weeks ago I was bored at work and I changed my job status to open to offers on Linkedin, and that day had 4 calls about jobs, jumped through a few HR hoops and I accepted two of those 3 roles that I was offered.

    Its going to be a great second half of the year.
