What does 'Minus Hours' refer to?
"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"
  • It looks like you have been overpaid previously, and all you have received is a £70.60 tax rebate.

it says Hol/Leaver pay - have you left this job? do you usually get paid in advance, or have you used more than your accrued holiday allowance?

really the only people to ask is your employer, they will be able to tell you how it is made up

    Ask them?..
    ally.
  • the minus hours refers to the hours i have had off in the month due to family berievement and illness. i have not used up all of my holidays and i havent been over paid either. surely if i worked all of the hours that is my basic pay that i should of been paid it? i should of only been deducted the 3 weeks i was off for family reasons, which would of been 3 x 36.5 hours. does that even come to the minus hours i have been deducted?

The figure for 'Minus Hours' is not the number of hours, but the amount in pounds and pence??

The figure for basic pay is negative and exactly cancels out the figures for Hol/ Sunday/ night/ bank hol. As advised speak to employer or their payroll dept for explanation.
