Hi all. So im buying a property for £275000, i am getting a mortgage of £110000. I have just received a letter from my solicitor as he has just received my mortgage offer. He states
amount of loan - £110000
amount to be advanced to conveyancer - £259,200
i dont see where this 259,200 has come from, and secondly what amount advanced to conveyancer even means. Any help? thanks
