Garden machinery repairs

Can anyone recommend anywhere in the Co. Antrim area that can fix a petrol strimmer,the thing won't start and I think I just saw a gorilla in the back garden:D

Are you "handy" with the old tools? have you tried Googling or searching Youtube? Not really a lot to those little engines..... Could be worth having a look over the basics yourself first...
I've done it loads of time with equipment....everything from a pressure washer that seized up to a Dishwasher which needed a new pump.... managed to fix it myself. Worth a try.

Also.... unless it's a really good expensive one, sometimes the cost of repair is uneconomical...... I bought a new Petrol Hedge trimmer for £80 off Amazon recently and it's every bit a good as an expensive high end one my BIL has.... he even said so himself....

I'm not very handy at all!!!
I ended up just buying a new,as I was told by several people that the cost to repair something like this would be expensive and it would be more economical to buy a new one:eek:
