Do you have a copy of the Terms and Conditions and the contract?

I suspect that once you have received the materials you have a problem but you need to check the terms of your contract with them first, their cancellation policy etc etc.

It could work the same way as the Open University - once you've enrolled on a course you're liable to pay the fees, but they'll give you a certain percentage of the total cost back by way of money off a future course.

I had to cancel my course with the OU this year but I'm still paying the £39 a month into my Open University account, but it'll go towards next years course instead.

You'll have to ask for a copy of the contract to find out if it works the same way or not.
  • yes the contract states that once I recieve the materials then I cannot get a refund.

and i dont wanna do any other course that they have

Then I think you are snookered I'm afraid. I suggest you write to them and ask if they will make an exception and plead for them to accept part payment in full and final.
