New Job & Mortgage application help???

Hi All

I have just been offered a new job which I am despereate to accept however we put an offer in on a property today which has been accepted (we have been house hunting for 6 months). My husband is the higher earner so wondered if it will make a difference to our mortgage application if I change jobs or should we be ok?

Any advice is much appreciated!!!

does it earn more or less than your current income? if it earns less, you have to report this to the lender. If it's a new job, ask your lender if they need to see contract and income potential
