I wrote a letter to lloyds as i have a packaged account for 13 years and tried to cancel it a few times at yearly meetings but felt pressured into keeping it but felt i wasnt getting any use out of it i have paid over £2000 in fees i got a letter back to say they are giving me £200 giving lots of reasons as i used it in 2003 and 2008. They have also said that i have sent letters out in last few years explaining everything so i just wanted to know if anyone else has got anywhere with them i am thinking of contacting Banking Onwardsman. I even said i wanted it cancelling in letter and they have given me 60 days to decide!!! Do they not understand.

So, this differs from your other post where you said you used it once.giving lots of reasons
And what are those reasons and what are the reasons you think they are wrong (as that is what you will need to do when you go to the FOS).I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
