Truprint / MSE mug offer - code error

Hi all,

I would be really grateful for some help ...

Ive been trying for 3 days to use the MSE code "HOTMUG" to buy an 11oz collage mug for £2.99, but keep getting an error when applying the code.

Truprint/Snapfish Online 'Help' has been utterly hopeless e.g. "Try restarting your machine" ... when none of their suggestions worked, they just cut me off!

Ive cleared my browser cache, used different browsers, and even tried a machine in a different location, but no joy! I even created a second account!

If you have had any success, please let me know, as I spent ages preparing the photos and uploading them ... I guess Ill end up having to pay the full £10.50

This was a bizarre one ... I already had a Snapfish account at my address, so whenever I logged on at the Truprint offer page it automatically redirected to Snapfish (they are the same company).

Although everything on the photo, mug and shopping cart pages is the same as Truprint, it appears the Snapfish server doesnt accept Truprint promo codes.

I asked the live help to unlink the Snapfish account, but they were hopeless again, so I got them to completely delete it ... it then worked!

Phew ... all that for a mug ... I hope it's worth it!

That's great that you've been able to fix it but thought it was worth mentioning for anyone else having problems using the code that it seems to only work with the white mug colour (inside). I was having a similar problem earlier after I'd created my collage mug - it kept telling me the code was not available for the mug I had chosen. When personalising it, I had chosen a colour for the inside of the mug - and when I changed it back to white, the code works. :T
