I entered the kiss fm comp to win a trip to Hawaii. Had my phone in front of me today at 4pm and it didn't ring but just flashed up a missed call. I rang it back and it was kiss fm they said I was the first caller for the comp but coz my phone went straight to answer phone they rang the next caller. I rang Vodafone to see why this happened and they got me to check my settings as iPhones have standard setting of not putting thru every call of people not in your contacts. Changed my setting but gutted! 😞 trying to think karma will be good to me and I'll win something else big ..... But HAWAII!!!!! 😖😞😞😞😞😞

I have often wondered if I have missed a prize by deleting an email or something, but I will never know. You must be absolutely gutted and I really feel for you. It is one thing never to know that you missed out but to know that a phones standard settings cost you a comp must be awful. Fingers crossed for a big win for you.2017 wins = £1350

how can a phones standard settings be not to ring if someone calls - isn't that what a phone is supposed to do ??
