its taken well over a month for me and ive still not been told yes/no to whether than can be supplied......its frustrating but just gotta wait it out....
Usually the longer it takes a creditor to respond to your request, the more likely it will be they don't have the paperwork you asked for, not always the case, some just drag there feet, but could be worth waiting for.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. fingers crossed thats the case as its the biggest creditor I have I'm still waiting for and I wrote to them 5th May !Debt free since Jan 2016
