Comping Experiment

Hey,
My experiment is simple. I have never really entered competitions before, I am going to start and see if I win. I will post here with any developments.
My rules for entering comps are as follows:
I will spend an hour a week on comps. I don't have much free time to spare on a regular basis so an hour seems about right for me.
I will only enter competitions that I am interested in owning the item or I know a family member or close friend will like it.
If I do win an item for a friend or family member it will be given away just because they are my friends or a special occasion gift. If it is given as a special occasion present, it will be done discretely, there will be thought in it and I'd be sure I know the person well enough to know they would not mind getting a prize as a gift.
I will not enter any comps I think you have to jump through hoops to enter
I will enter a range of comps, from free pot noodles to cars.
I'm very picky about where and how I travel so no holiday comps.
No skill based comps such as writing slogans at the minute though I do like that kind of thing. I don't have time but if I did I would consider them. I just haven't seen any on here. Anyone know about about those?
I will use the comps of this site and any I see locally.
That is it for now. I will update if I have any new rules or changes or I actually win anything. I'm not promising regular posts but when I can.
Feel free to post your thoughts.
One other thing. For many of you compers this may seem like I've taken the fun out of things but for me doing this makes it fun enough for me to do

I think that thats what most people do anyway? I tend to enter as many comps as I have time to, probably spending about an hour or so per day. Sometimes I dont have any prizes for a while then get a few at once - this happened only this week where after a couple of weeks of nothing I got 3 wins in a week
Comping is a great pastime but very addictive. The best bit is watching the prizes come rolling in and also seeing people envious of them!Weight Loss - 102lb0
