Resale of right to buy property

I'm currently in the middle of selling my home and buying a bigger house. My house was originally purchased from council under right to buy scheme, I will have some discount to repay as the 5 years isn't up until November this year. I have done everything meant to with giving right if first refusal back to council, solicitor knows that it's bought under right to buy etc but question I have is does it add much time on to the whole process? We're keen to complete full chain as soon as possible as have a new baby due in next couple wks (know won't be done before then) and want to get as much sorted and in place before baby arrives. It is straight forward and council just send my solicitor bill for discount to be repaid it can it add a lot of time on?
