Help what shall I do whilst waiting for my new build to be built

Hi
I have completed on my sale of my house and now moved into the parents in law until mid Oct whilst our new build is built. I have a royal redirect so any post comes to the parents in law.
The question I have do I need to change address to my parents on the Mortgage Offer and Change the address on the electoral role?
