A non saved deposit does nothing to enhance your reputation. The lenders concern will remain that you don't manage your personal finances very well. Time will heal your record more than money will.0

Hi,
I've just received my offer with the Halifax and when you get to the full application stage they will ask this question, late payments have you ever had any financial difficulties and pay day loans etc.
If it was me i would wait a further 6 months and have all your account bills and credit in perfect order.0
