Nram Shortfall Sale

Hi all new to forum and my first post....

My ex-wife and I sold our property in Scotland at a £44k shortfall, during the divorce proceedings I agreed to pay her £22,500 as my part off the projected shortfall off sale, this was initially to allow her to transfer house into her sole name but Nram refused the transfer so house was sold.

It was sold at a £44k loss and now Nram are harassing and bullying me is all I can call it to pay towards the shortfall, they seem diss-interested in any legal agreements I have in place with the scottish courts system and want to to pay towards shortfall. Is there anything I can do to have my name removed from this ? I have checked on financial website Noodle and there is not a debt on my credit score for Nram and everything to do with them is sitti at settled ?

Any help or advice would be great.

Many Thanks

Paul
