Barclaycard response to CCA request

I sent all relevant letters and they supplied copy of terms and conditions saying this was legal. They are now adding interest and late payment £12 charge every month-are they allowed to do this? help please-sorry if I hijacked this post but can't find where to ask this question or what to do now-many thanks

    Do you think the paperwork they have supplied is correct?

    Are you behind with payments on the account?
    Were you previously in a reduced payment arrangement with them? had they previously agreed to freeze interest?

    How old is the Barclaycard account ?

    Was it opened online ? or did you sign a physical agreement ?

    Terms and conditions are not an adequate response to a CCA request, it should include a copy of the agreement, even a screenshot of the agreement, if opened online, bit more information needed.
