Survey invites feedback

I am looking to get an idea what people here feel about survey invitations and contributing to those.
I contribute to a number of surveys each day and in general I find them interesting and to a degree rewarding. But there are some survey companies which seem to have little regard for their volunteer contributors. I am referring to those that send surveys which either are not suitable for the person they have sent to or even that the survey is already closed when they invite them!
Do other members here get bothered by the number of 'dead' invites they receive or is it something they can disregard?
Thanks for reading.

It's part of the game and you have to deal with it.0

I'm glad you are able to dela with it.
I can think of many other similar situations when it would not be tolerated and isn't.
Such as repeated cold calls, "door stepping", on street interviews etc.
I haven't added up the time I have expended on surveys, which in one way or another are 'dead', but I'm sure it amounts to many hours.
Some survey companies do recognise the 'wasted time' and offer some contribution for that. But too many seem to still regard me as fair game!
