uniform tax rebates HELP WANTED

Hi
I see on this site I can claim tax back on work clothing by filling out a p87 form, this is where I need a little guidance.
I am an Openreach engineer involved in cabling and jointing fibre cables in the outside network, I cant see this profession on the form (I cant link to it as new user) so I guess I have to claim the tax back the standard £60 rate is that correct.
2nd for this do I fill out the part of the form called flat rate expenses which is the 3rd section and if so in the box named "Expenses claimed" do I put in there 60 or £12 (20% of 60)
If anyone can offer any advice I would be very grateful.
Thanks
Ian
