kettlebell deals

Hello all,

I see are kettlebells are becoming more popular, especially for home workouts. Does any know of any good prices on these? Preferably between 16kg and 24kg?

Thanks, Mark

    I'm not petite :(

It's not about lifting.. the class is 1 hour without stopping, with lots of different excercises. I can lift 32 kg but can't be lifting it for 1 hour non stop.

    What about form?
I do a session around 20 minutes in length, high intensity. I drop weights as I go as fatigue drops my form.

Each excercise is only 1 minute long, so you can keep form. I've just started after 1 year off (had a shoulder op) so I'm using 2kg but will move to 4kg soon. Men in the class use 6 kg, women 4-6 depending on experience.

I think you are talking about dumbbells not kettlebells.

The class is called kettlercise and the weights are called kettlebells, maybe they have a different name somewhere else..

It might not sound a lot but when I first started exercising with weights I used tiny 1.5 kilo hand weights and that absolutely knackered me  It's all relative, if you're unfit and a complete beginner then any weight at all can be challenging. Thankfully I'm fitter now and have progressed to heavier weights!
