We're going to do our best to beat it. There are plenty of small markets that need a Hibbett Sports store but getting the real estate is getting to be a little bit of a challenge. I don't know if that'll ease next year or not but we think we can certainly get 60 because we have a lot of them already done for next year.How about rents? Are they starting to come down now with the turmoil in the real estate market?

On existing space it is certainly softening on rent. You can get a far better rent than you could three years ago. On new construction you can't necessarily do that because it's more expensive to build. But rents are softening and of course we leveraged occupancy expense in the third quarter with only a 4 of 1% comp store sales gain. We're getting better rents.
