    im still waiting for them to send me the pack so that i can go pick the car up, its been 3 weeks and kia havent been in touch with me, i called the agent who came to my house, but she aint answering any calls

    ill wait another week and do you think i should contact ceed customer services?

    Have you got the car yet? When I dropped my 3 day car off the dealer was saying he has had two winners through his dealership and it sounded pretty straight forward.
