So I have been on the lookout again for things to transform my (previously) dull little patch of grass.
I got this:
http://www.homebargains.co.uk/products/10393-ecotrend-garden-stomp-stones-case-of-10.aspx
which makes a brilliant path, and I bought 20 (I know, but I couldn't resist and they're onnly £1 each!!) of these to go on either side:
http://www.poundworldplus.co.uk/buy/solar-light-post_5569.htm
It looks like a processional aisle now!
I also got these to go in the (stunted!) apple tree: http://www.poundworldplus.co.uk/buy/multi-coloured-solar-lights-100-leds_6420.htm
now it's finished with its blossom (what there was of it, lol) it's been perked up by these!
And finally I have put these on the fence http://www.poundworldplus.co.uk/buy/solar-fence-light_5264.htm
I seem to have gone a bit solar-mad, but I'm not an electrician and don't want to start messing about with plugging things in and adaptors and all that jazz!!
I'll let you know how they fare...

Well I do shot at £ shops, yes! I'm not ashamed to say it - if I had more money I would probably shop at John Lewis, Fortnum & Masons, Waitrose etc. But I've got debts you know!
So it's Aldi & the £1 shops/bargain shops and if I can make my house/garden look good for less money, I'm happy0 -
Like I said . . . Bliss !0

They may last a year if you are lucky, cheap solar lights usually fail within a few months as I have seen with my friends/neighbours and family over the years.
You could be luckier than me and my friends though.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know.
