I'm a little confused, you decide to pay your bills when you want rather than pay them on time? Genuine question.
Don't worry about the spending.0 -
Well, no. I pay my rent/utilities/virgin bills through direct debit.
I pay my phone bill every month but not through direct debit – EE have said they're fine with paying two months bills together. But would that reflect poorly?0 -
Go onto Noddle and get your report instantly and have a look to see if there are any late payment markers
When is bill is due it's due, it's generally not acceptable to pay every couple of months and you may find a lot of late payment markers
The mortgage lender may view being unable to pay a phone bill every month as too high a risk, irrespective of the amount0 -
You'll have problems with the mortgage in one person's name and two names on the deeds. The lender will secure the debt to the property so they won't want someone else with an interest on the property named on the deeds but not the mortgage.0
