RBS loans

Hi

I applied for a loan on friday and it was approved there and then and said it would take 2 working days.

I've checked this morning and the loan is sitting in a separate 'loan account' says balance unavailable and won't let me transfer anything to my account.

Can anyone help with this?

    It sounds likely that the funds haven't been released yet.

    If they have said it would be in 2 working days then I'd at least give them that timescale, i.e until the end of today.

    If the situation is unchanged by tomorrow then I'd give them a call.
