Due to the ongoing issues with the Robinson centre I have been unable to get a response from them regarding a refund. Is there a separate email address that can be used to contact a relevant body?

they now fall under Belfast City Council who have now got this crowd (http://www.better.org.uk/) in to run the Leisure facilities... I would try the Council First but I've no doubt they will try to fob you off back onto the new Castlereagh Council as they would have been the ones to "take your money".

I'm in the same boat for what it's worth asour kids went to a private swimming club there and were barely half way through the year when it closed and most folk had fully paid up front !!
