Do not destroy the paper part of licence

I contacted local press and two local radio stations recently about the wrong information they were giving about being ok to destroy the paper counterpart driving licence after 6 June. It still forms part of NI licence. The whole thing has been badly publicised as far as NI licence holders are concerned http://www.u.tv/News/2015/06/08/Motorists-warned-not-to-destroy-paper-licence-38627
