    Yes - and it rose in 2008 and 2009 and 2010 and 2011.

    But we only saw big rises even in London in 2012, 2013 and 2014 post FLS/HTB.

    More money available - more credit - more house price inflation. People with less money being thrown at them by banks and the Govt can't afford as much.
