First time buyer BTL

Hi all,
I am a sole trader and currently living abroad. I keep my business and banking in the UK, and get my accounts audited by an accountant each year, and my income varies between £35-43k a year. I’ve saved enough for a house deposit (around £60k) and would like to buy in the UK.
I can’t return to the UK yet for various reasons, but would like to buy a house now in case the prices keep rising and rent it out until I come back.
I researched and found only two mortgages that would suit a first time buyer - Natwest and Virgin - though I think the Virgin one has been pulled.
I was wondering if anyone else was in a similar situation, and if you knew of any other mortgages out there suitable for FTB and BTL?

You need to employ a " Whole of market mortgage broker" who deals in BTL.
You need to know where and what you want to buy and do the figures stack up.0
