One reason for that is easy to understand: there are no such products on the market, so nobody can buy them even if they want to.
That won't do as an explanation: various firms tried to make a business of it and found that the punters just wouldn't buy. As you'd expect with a free market, the explanation lies with the (non-) customers, not the providers.In principle inheritance tax is unfair. After all, it's a second tax on money that has already been taxed.
As you imply, that's a bonkers objection: whenever I pay VAT it's on money that's already paid income tax. Except the VAT on petrol, for instance, because that's charged on money that's already been taxed twice (first income tax, and then duty).Free the dunston one next time too.0
